Mangerton with Monty

Grand dry morning so about eleven o'clock decided to head for Mangerton. Monty enjoyed the climb even though he had to be helped up some steep rocks. On top we enjoyed a snack, me a banana & some chocolate, Monty a bar of chocolate.

As he is fussy about the water he drinks, I took a bottle of his favourite - rain water, so I gave him a good drink out of his own bowl.

We turned for home in brilliant sunshine, Monty leading the way down, dragging me after him on his lead.
